How to Adopt
Visit our Adoptable Pets Page to find an animal you’re interested in.
You can also see animals not quite ready on our Instagram and Facebook Pages.
As soon as your application is reviewed, you will get a return email. Please allow up to a few days for one of our volunteers to review your application and get back to you, though typically you will receive a response same day.
We are a small organization with often only one volunteer screening applications. Please be patient with us as we work hard to get back to you as quickly as possible.
Adopting a pet can be a 10-20 year commitment. We want to make sure it's a good fit for everyone, so we do refund adoption fees within the first 7 days during their Trial Period to make sure it's a good fit. We want everyone to take the time to make sure they are financially ready to take on a new pet. New owners are responsible for all regular vet care going forward including in most cases kittens' second and third booster shots in their series.
We believe all adopted animals to be in good health , however young kittens are particularly vulnerable to Upper respiratory infections, parasites, and virus's. Stressful situations such as moving homes can suppress their immune system making them more susceptible to illness. We suggest establishing with your Vet within 7 days of adoption to ensure the health of your new pet and keeping up to date on vaccinations.
As of July 1st 2018 all adoptions are taxed. Prices reflect adoption fee AFTER Tax.
Once your application is summitted, we will contact you letting you know you are approved for adoption.
* MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER AFTER SUBMISSION *
Once your application is approved, we will contact you via email and we can make arrangements to schedule and finalize the adoption.
You will need a secure carrier for your companions safe ride home.
You will receive their Vet Packet detailing treatments and history while in our care, and a coupon for Hollywood Feed where we do our adoptions.
